To amend the flight numbers, timings, accommodation name and mobile number or cancel a booking please use the "View my Booking" tab.

If you wish to change departure or return dates, resort, number of passengers or vehicle size then please email admin@resorthoppa.com

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF A COMPLAINT
Resorthoppa take all customer service matters very seriously. If you are not satisfied with any element of the service provided we ask that you contact Resorthoppa in writing within 28 days of the date of the transfer so that any issues can be investigated. Details must be received either by fax or email at customerservice@resorthoppa.com. All feedback must be received in writing and no verbal statements can be accepted. We do endeavour to resolve any complaints received in writing within 28 days where possible.
